300,000 children around the world are diagnosed with cancer each year. This diagnosis invades every aspect of a child’s life, interrupting their childhood for a fight for life. Cal’s Angels is a beacon of light and hope for children fighting cancer. Through granting children’s wishes, kids battling cancer receive much needed light during the darkest days of chemotherapy. Cal’s Angels also directly funds pediatric cancer research, and raises awareness about the disease so that one day, no child will have to endure this battle.
On April 3, 2020 we challenge North Central College and the greater community to stand up to cancer. For 8 hours, brave participants will be dancing, competing, and performing to support the children and families impacted by cancer. Funds raised will go to Cal’s Angels to grant a wish, raise awareness, and fund research for pediatric cancer. Join us on the dance floor in the WAR against pediatric cancer!
