This is our inaugural Startup Grind event. During this fireside chat you will hear from Nick Moran, founder and General Partner at New Stack Ventures, a firm investing in IoT and early stage startups. There will also be time for networking. Prior to New Stack, Nick worked in M&A and Product Management for Danaher (NYSE: DHR). In addition to his investing efforts, Nick also created the first Venture Capital podcast, The Full Ratchet, in May 2014. New Stack Ventures is an early-stage venture firm investing in remarkable founders at the earliest stages of company formation. New Stack invests out of a fund and also leads the largest Angel Syndicate in the Midwest; a group of over 400 angels that co-invest in New Stack deals.
