Jenny Dodson brings her highly anticipated music, fashion, and art installation to North Central College. Secretive and rebellious in its concept, ROUSE18 the show is perfectly imperfect and delightfully unexpected, adding a sublime unpredictability and an arresting twinkle to North Central College's Fine and Performing Arts season.
Be in attendance on Thursday, April 12, 7-10pm in Schoenherr Gallery and Wentz Concert Hall lobby as North Central College unveils ROUSE18 with an interactive first look before it's public opening. Raise glasses and eyebrows with musicians, featured artists, models, and fashionistas in our intimate gallery setting. See the fashion come to life in a live runway show, shop inspired looks from the show and see the musicians from the photos in the exhibit perform in a live jam session.
THE EXPERIENCE: THE EXPERIENCE: Your experience will include VIP access to the gallery and installation, live music by muscians featured in the show, a runway show, and a pop-up shop with garments inspired by featured musicians and artists.
The event will also include a silent auction featuring: signed posters and albums by artists such as Yo-Yo Ma, Natlie Cole, and The Wailers; guitars signed by artists Jim Peterik, Dennis DeYoung, and Jonny Lang; clothing worn on stage by various artists; a private tour of Jim Peterik's studio, given by Peterik himself!
