An original piece Written and Directed by North Central College junior Jesus Martinez. The play centers on a Latino teen, also named Jesus, who battles with an eating disorder, personified as "Ed." After an intervention from his family and school staff, Jesus is admitted to a behavioral health hospital's inpatient eating disorder program. As he undergoes treatment, he creates bonds with patients of similar traumas who, despite their differences, assist one another for the sake of a common goal: recovery from mental illness. This show opens in the Theatre at Meiley-Swallow Hall on Thursday, January 26, and runs Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m., and closes Sunday at 2:00 p.m
