15th Anniversary of 9-11 Interfaith Prayer Service: The Naperville Interfaith Leadership Association is planning a community commemoration of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks at 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, at North Central College's Wentz Concert Hall, 171 E. Chicago Ave. Family activities designed to promote tolerance and compassion start at 4 p.m. in the lobby. This will be followed by an interfaith commemoration service at 5 p.m. that will include music, readings and reflections of different beliefs. The purpose is to remember the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks and build community compassion in Naperville by promoting tolerance and understanding, according to group organizers. At the end of the service, there will be a meditative walk from the concert hall to the Riverwalk amphitheater in downtown Naperville for closing songs, readings and prayer.
