"Monsoon" Naperville Art League Artists' Reception
North Central College will showcase a variety of artwork by members of the Naperville Art League (NAL) in the exhibit "Monsoon" July 29 through September 4, 2016.
The exhibit is free and open to the public in the College's Schoenherr Gallery at the Fine Arts Center, 171 E. Chicago Ave. An artists' reception will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 29; complimentary refreshments will be served.
A nonprofit organization, NAL has been inspiring passion in the arts in the community for more than 50 years. Members include both professional and emerging artists as well as hobbyists. Some are formally trained while others are self-taught. In 2009, NAL and North Central joined forces for the first summer exhibit on campus, and the relationship between the College, community and the arts has continued to flourish.
Schoenherr art gallery is located 171 E. Chicago Ave., Naperville, IL, 60540.
