Ten years ago the Chicago Sinfonietta collaborated with video artist and KV 265 astronomer Dr. José Francisco Salgado on a new video set to Gustav Holst’s most famous work, The Planets. It provided a stunning experience for our audience including the 12,000 people who saw it performed at Millennium Park in 2008. Over the next decade this wonderful partnership was renewed with performances of works by Mussorgsky and Ravel set to breathtaking visuals.
