The annual Homecoming Kickoff Concert opens North Central College's concert season for the Cardinal Chorus, Chamber Singers, Women's Chorale, Concert Choir, Concert Winds, Symphony Band and Jazz Combo I. Hear traditional favorites and new pieces led by conductors Sean Kelley, Jacqueline Schutt, Lawrence Van Oyen and Ramona M. Wis; director Jack Mouse; and accompanists Barbara Vanderwall and Jon Warfel. The concert begins at 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, in Wentz Concert Hall at the Fine Arts Center, 171 E. Chicago Ave. Tickets are required but free.
