"Leading with Purpose: Embracing Our Own Stories of Leadership"
The Leadership, Ethics and Values Program in partnership with the Office of Human Resources, the Office of Ministry and Service, the Naperville Area American Association of University Womean (AAUW) and the Cultural Events Committee invites faculty, staff, community members and students to attend the keynote "Leading with Purpose: Embracing Our Own Stories of Leadership" by Raymonda "Ray" Burgman, director of Higher Education Resource Services (HERS) Institutes in Denver, Colo. Burgman is a scholar, a practitioner and a leadership consultant. "Leading with Purpose" provides an opportunity for current and aspiring leaders to consider their own stories and how those stories inspire purposeful leadership. The event will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Thursday, April 9, in the lobby of Wentz Concert Hall at the Fine Arts Center, 171 E. Chicago Ave. Light refreshments will be served.
