North Central College welcomes writer Wallis Wilde-Menozzi, author of "The Other Side of the Tiber, Reflections on Time in Italy," a captivating narrative and nonfiction mosaic of a country and a writer with more than 100 photos. Her other recent book is a novel "Toscanelli's Ray." Her talk begins at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, in Smith Hall at Old Main, 30 N. Brainard St., and is for those interested in such topics as Italy, the memoir, fiction, the expatriate experience, or seeing the world from an intercultural perspective. The event is free; copies of both books will be available for sale.
