OUTreach, North Central's Gay-Straight Alliance, is staging a reading of Dustin Lance Black's groundbreaking new play, "8." The show is comprised entirely of transcripts of the court trials against California's Proposition 8. The play will be staged as a fundraiser for the American Foundation for Equal Rights, as well as a conversation starter about marriage equality and equal rights on campus and in the community at large. The event will serve as an amazing opportunity for learning and cultural understanding and will provide an opportunity for interdisciplinary growth.
