The North Central College Concert Winds, under the direction of Lawrence Van Oyen, host the annual Instrumental Invitational Festival. The guest band this year is the Oswego High School band. The concert begins at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19th, in the College's Wentz Concert Hall at the Fine Arts Center, 171 E. Chicago Ave, Naperville.
