"Revenge of the Rhythm Section" featuring Jazz Faculty Jack Mouse and Jim Cox
"The Revenge of the Rhythm Section" featuring North Central College Jazz Faculty members Jack Mouse on drums and Jim Cox on bass will be presented at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20, in Madden Theatre at the Fine Arts Center, 171 E. Chicago Ave. Tickets are $20/adults, $15/students and senior citizens. Cox is a jazz bassist with an extensive discography of more than 100 CD releases. Mouse is coordinator of jazz studies at North Central College whose first recording as a band leader, “Range of Motion,” was recently released by Origin Records.
