Naperville-based KidsMatter presents its annual Student Job Fair from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 19 in North Central College's Merner Field House, 450 S. Brainard St. The event is free to all students. The KidsMatter Job Fair generally targets youths ages 16 to 23 years, though there are limited opportunities for 14- and 15-year-olds. The annual KidsMatter Student Job Fair is funded in part by The DuPage Community Foundation and local sponsors and helps young people connect with potential local employers to find seasonal and summer jobs. The fair provides job opportunities as well as mock interviews, resume workshops and internship experiences to prepare students for the workforce. Endorsed by the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, last year's fair attracted more than 1,600 students.
