North Central College's music department presents its annual Choral Invitational Festival at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, in Wentz Concert Hall. The festival features performances by the College's Concert Choir, Women's Chorale and Chamber Singers with guest ensembles Riverside-Brookfield Madrigal Singers and Wheaton Academy Women's Chorale. The varied repertoire includes contemporary, folk, sacred, classical and early century music and a concert finale of combined choruses performing the majestic "Finale from 'The Gondoliers'" by Gilbert and Sullivan. Admission is free to the North Central community and $5/adults and $3/senior citizens and students.
