Cardinal Red Alert! This past weekend the North Central College men's basketball team claimed its first outright College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin Championship since 1990 with a 91-58 win over Millikin University! The Cardinals (18-7, 12-2 CCIW) beat Millikin with a furious first-half assault and set a single-game school record by making 15 three-pointers in securing the program's second straight conference title. North Central will host the CCIW Tournament in Merner Field House on Friday, Feb. 24 and Saturday, Feb. 25. North Central will play Augustana in the second game on Friday, which is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Friday's first semifinal, set to begin at 5 p.m., will feature No. 2 seed Wheaton College against No. 3 seed Illinois Wesleyan University. The Championship game will be played Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Ticket Information Ticket prices are $6/adults, $3/seniors and students, children 3 and under are free. Tip-Off Club and CCIW Parent passes will not be accepted for admission. Alumni Hospitality Area Alumni and Cardinal Fans are invited to the Alumni Hospitality area in the southwest corner of the gym to enjoy food and drinks.
