North Central College's Concert Winds and Chamber Winds ensembles under the direction of Lawrence Van Oyen, director of bands, is joined by student musicians from Wheaton Warrenville South High School, under the direction of Vic Scimeca. The Concert Winds Invitational begins at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, in the College’s Wentz Concert Hall at the Fine Arts Center, 171 E.
