When Liz Callaway and Ann Hampton Callaway combine musical forces in their new show "Boom!", memories come alive through the music of such greats as Joni Mitchell, Carole King, Carly Simon, The Beatles, Paul Simon, Jimmy Webb and Stevie Wonder. The two Tony Award-nominated stars share heartwarming and humorous stories of their years growing up in Chicago and New York. The sisters hold success in their own regard as well. Liz Callaway is an award-winning actress, singer, recording artist and Broadway sensation, performing in "Baby" and playing Grizabella in "Cats". As a champion of the great American Songbook, Ann Hampton Callaway has made her mark as a singer, pianist, composer, lyricist, arranger, actress, educator, TV host and producer.
