Total body toning is an exciting 45 minute class that incorporates cardio, strength exercises, and core work to get a well balanced full body workout. It is a high intensity class but suitable for all fitness levels.

Bosu Blast is an exciting non-traditional cardio step class that focuses on the use of the Bosu ball. This class challenges your balance while toning all parts of the body. All equipment is provided.
