Body Sculpt is a fun, full body exercise class. Utilizing BOSU balls, strength bands, and other equipment, this class will challenge your core muscles!

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engages the mind and conditions the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up.
