The College will formally dedicate the Sesquicentennial Walkway at 11:45 a.m. Saturday, May 18, at the south end of the of Walkway, near Schneller Hall, 147 S. Loomis St. The Sesquicentennial Walkway opened in fall 2012 and is a pedestrian thoroughfare through the heart of campus. A public fireworks display takes place at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, May 18, at North Central College. Fireworks will be set off from the practice field behind the Residence Hall/Recreation Center, 440 S. Brainard St. The fireworks display can be viewed from Zimmerman Baseball Stadium located on the south end of campus.
