The College's department of Japanese will host a Japanese Spring Festival from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, April 18, in the Harold and Eva White Activities Center, 325 E. Benton Ave. Free and open to the public, the festival celebrates Japanese culture at the start of a new school year in Japan.
