Spring Term begins
Turbokick is a fun, fast-paced cardio workout that combines kickboxing and simple dance moves set to heart pounding, high energy music. With the flexibility to incorporate simple as well as advanced moves, this class has a place for EVERYONE!
4:15 PM- 5:00 PM
Total body toning is an exciting 45 minute class that incorporates cardio, strength exercises, and core work to get a well balanced full body workout. It is a high intensity class but suitable for all fitness levels.
