Every Thursday, Student Governing Association meets to discuss and brainstorm ways to improve the college for the student body. SGA often meets with administrators to work on implementing changes.

NCC students can sign up for the BreakAway's D-Term 2014 trip to the Appalachian Mountains through the organization Appalachia Service Project. Sign-ups are operated on a first-come first-serve basis.
