Each Wed. from 12-1pm, the Dyson Wellness Center will present a theme to the student body that promotes wellness and brings awareness to important issues that all students need to know about!

Turbokick is a fun, fast-paced cardio workout that combines kickboxing and simple dance moves set to heart pounding, high energy music. With the flexibility to incorporate simple as well as advanced moves, this class has a place for EVERYONE!
5:00 PM- 5:55 PM
Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engages the mind and conditions the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up.
6:00 PM- 6:55 PM
Student Led Christian Worship Service. Come spend some time in prayer, worship, and fellowship with NCC's community of Christ followers.
9:00 PM-10:00 PM
