We welcome personal concerns, prayer requests, and praises and are a group of Christ's followers. Everyone is welcome! Come as often as you can on any weekday evenings!

Want an extra core workout? This class is a perfect fitness class for you! Core Crunch is a 40 minute class will focus on your abs and challenge your core.
