Want an extra core workout? This class is a perfect class for you! Core Crunch is a 30 minute class that will solely focus on your abs and challenge your core.
4:15 PM- 4:45 PM
Body Blast is an exciting 45 minute class that incorporates cardio, strength exercises, and core work to get a well balanced full body workout. It is a high intensity class but suitable for all fitness levels.
5:15 PM- 6:00 PM
This is event is intended as a Kickoff of Activities for the 2015 Homecoming Week. We will be announcing court, and going over rules and expectations for "The Cardinal Games" (a week-long competition for students). Also, a form of Pep Rally to get students excited for the Battle of the Little Brass Bell
7:00 PM- 9:00 PM
Intramural CoRec Ultimate Frisbee
