Aqua Zumba takes the fun and effective aspects of Zumba (dance movement to Latin music) into the pool; it gives you a complete workout in half the time because of the natural resistance of water.

Turbokick is a fun, fast-paced cardio workout that combines kickboxing and simple dance moves set to heart pounding, high energy music. With the flexibility to incorporate simple as well as advanced moves, this class has a place for EVERYONE! .
5:00 PM- 6:00 PM
Experience a wide variety of exercises in the 20/20/20 class. This class is made up of 20 minutes of cardio, 20 of body sculpting and 20 of core training.
6:00 PM- 6:50 PM
Want an extra core workout? This class is a perfect class for you! Core Crunch is a 30 minute class that will focus on your abs and challenge your core.
