Turbokick is a fun, fast-paced cardio workout that combines kickboxing and simple dance moves set to heart pounding, high energy music. With the flexibility to incorporate simple as well as advanced moves, this class has a place for EVERYONE! .
5:00 PM- 6:00 PM
Improve your flexibility, strength and stamina with this 60 minute workout. Your mind, body and spirit will all benefit from this class.
6:00 PM- 6:50 PM
Want an extra core workout? This class is a perfect class for you! Core Crunch is a 30 minute class that will focus on your abs and challenge your core.
