The North Central Concert Winds, under the direction of Lawrence Van Oyen, and the North Central Symphonic band under the direction of Sean Kelly, host the final concert for the year. Bassel and the Supernaturals is a neo-soul/funk band lead by Syrian-American vocalist Bassel Almadani. Bassel writes songs about love, loss, and the Syrian war. Come participate in a Q&A session to learn more about the Syrian refugee crisis and more, as well as enjoy some awesome music. There will be a raffle to raise money for the Karam Foundation, an organization that aids Syrian refugees.
