This is an event for performance anxiety geared towards music students, athletes, or any other student who perform in some way. The goal is to inform multiple groups of people about coping mechanisms for both testing and performing anxieties in their separate disciplines. This will be accomplished through visualization, dialogues with Dyson Staff, and meditation.
