Doug Bruno Basketball Camp

Welcoming first-year students and their families to North Central College.

Meeting in Championship Plaza, the Cardinal Cross Country camp introduces the basic concept of distance running. Campers will learn basic running form drills, explore different types of workouts and be introduced to basic body strength and flexibility drills.
8:30 AM-10:00 AM
Basic fundamentals of softball to be covered: throwing, catching, fielding, hitting, and basic running. The pitching skill will get a quick overview, but not enough time allowed for this skill in depth.

The Cardinal Baseball Advanced Skills Camps is a great place for players to learn and/or restore fundamentals in all aspects of their game. The camp will focus on hitting fundamentals and primary position or pitching fundamentals. The camp is specifically designed for the advanced player.

The North Central College Pole Vault camps are designed to train campers over an extended period of time. Pole vaulting is taught in a systemic way that is easy for vaulters to understand. In addition to vaulting, campers will be instructed through videotape analysis and classroom lecture on techniques and training.

Whether new to tennis, or recently graduated from the 10 & Under tennis program, this camp is for students looking to transition from the modified "QuickStart" program to full court tennis with full compression balls.
