Two hours of technical soccer skills are taught each day to help players develop specific areas of their play. Three different skill types are available- campers can participate in one, two or all three parts of camp each day.

Cross Country: Session I

Meeting in Championship Plaza, the Cardinal Cross Country camp introduces the basic concepts of distance running. Campers will learn basic running form drills, explore different types of workouts and be introduced to basic body strength and flexibility drills.

"Turbine Paintings Series" by Brian Ritchard

Inspired by 17th century Dutch landscapes, Chicago-based painter Brian Ritchard turned his attention to creating a series of paintings depicting American wind farms. Steeped in direct observation of Midwest American wind farms, the paintings brought about a more traditional engagement with art history, while simultaneously providing a subject that is both modern and contemporary.
