North Central College will showcase paintings and ceramic artwork by Thomas C. Goodell in the exhibit titled "Pots and Other Things" Sept. 9 through Oct. 19. The exhibit is free and open to the public in the College's Oesterle Library Gallery, 320 E. North Central College is a host site for the Naperville Independent Film Festival (NIFF), now in its seventh year. Some 23 foreign films will be shown in Smith Hall at Old Main, 30 N. Brainard St., from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 14, through Friday, Sept. 19. Tickets are $5/show and can be purchased with cash at the door. Visit naperfilmfest.org to learn more.
