CPR training for newly appointed Campus Safety Officers

Meeting in Benedetti-Wehrli Stadium, Cardinal Cross Country Camp introduces the basic concepts of distance running and cross country. Campers will learn basic running from drills, explore different types of workouts for successful distance runners, and be introduced to basic body strength and flexibility drills.

This camp will focus on the development and improvement of basketball skills through daily practice of fundamental skills, as well as scrimmages and competitions.
