Meeting in Benedetti-Wehrli Stadium, Cardinal Cross Country Camp introduces the basic concepts of distance running and cross country. Campers will learn basic running from drills, explore different types of workouts for successful distance runners, and be introduced to basic body strength and flexibility drills.
8:30 AM-10:00 AM
This fundamentals camp will focus on passing and setting drills, proper serving techniques, and hitting and blocking techniques and drills. The four-day camp will conclude with tournament play, though competition and contests occur daily.

The workshop will be held in Oliver Hall (WONC) and will cover such topics as careers in broadcasting and tricks of the trade. Students will also participate in production meetings and be on air!

The NCC Pole Vaulting camps are designed to train campers over an extended period of time. Pole vaulting is taught in a systemic way that is easy for vaulters to understand.

Meeting in the Res/Rec Center, this learn-by-doing clinic is for all skill levels, beginner to advanced, and focuses on event-specific training for track and field. Events include hurdles, jumps (long & triple), high jump, and throws.
