Mindfulness Meditation is a secular practice that is employed in over 250 medical centers across the United States. Medical and psychology research demonstrate that Mindfulness Meditation promotes emotional and physical well-being. This event is co-hosted by the Department of Religious Studies and Dyson Wellness Center.
