Heroin use in Naperville will be the topic of a community forum from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, July 16 at North Central College. U.S. Rep. Judy Biggert, R-Hinsdale, will host the forum in the College’s Wentz Concert Hall at the Fine Arts Center, 171 E.
