NCC's FILM CENTRAL series hosts over 15 hours of films & events this week (Sept. 19-23) as part of the Naperville Independent Film Festival NIFF! Every night shorts and full-length films, featuring winners from NIFF's partner organization, Paris European Independent Film Festival. Tonight: "Problema" from Germany, plus shorts from Israel, the UK, Spain, and the US.
