Freshman students are invited to the iLEAD Winter Series which will be held weeks 3-8 of Winter Term. During the iLEAD Winter Series, students will explore leadership and how it relates to others. Topics to be discussed are: Motivation, Group Dynamics, Conflict Resolution, Ethics, Balance and Renewal, and Communication.
